Appearance- Dark Amber
Aroma- Powerful hints of vanilla, cinnamon, honey and strawberry
Flavor- Pleasant mouthful of creamy goodness, vanilla, honey, citrus
Body- Full bodied
Finish- Pleasantly long and smooth. Sweetness lingers in mouth for quite a while.

I wished I had tried this before, it is so delicious. It is officially my new favorite bourbon after Maker's Mark 46. The mouth feel of this bourbon is amaazinggggg. I loved it thoroughly and would recommend it to all whisky lovers. It is also a welcome change from the regular single malt that I drink as it brings in variety. Don't take my word for it, try it yourself.

DeleteI was reading a discussion group about Buffalo Trace and how it can be difficult at times to find at your local liquor store. There were quite a few people that commented saying that Four Roses was a great "stand-in" for Buffalo Trace and I wasn't sure I believed them. Now I'll have to try it and see!
