Raksi -white whiskey

The first segment(Mostly not available on google search)

Occasions, Tips, alternates, cocktails, food pairings, SJ's Rating, Feel

SJ's Rating- Middle Shelf
I had Nepali rakshi before and compared to that this is way smoother. I believe it is an acquired taste since it is made of millet which is why it is in my middle shelf. Have yet to try their other expression-aged rakshi which will be my next venture.
Occasion- Bbq at friend's place
SJ's Pro tip- Sample very little if it is your first time, pour some more if you like it
Alternates- Traditional rakshi made in Nepal
Food Pairing- Chicken bbq
Feel(After Drinking)- Pleasantly surprised
