Real Ale Brewing-Devil's Backbone

Real Ale Devil's backbone is on my TOP Shelf. In today's blog, I intend to cover the following
-Brief history behind this beer/brewery
-My tasting notes
-SJ's Rating & Review
-SJ's Pro tip

From its website -Started in 1996 Real Ale brewing grew from a small family operation making beer in the basement of an antique store to a brewery of 55 plus people making craft beer of the highest quality in the state. I stand by their quality and the taste is amazing.
Now about Devil's Backbone, it is named after a winding stretch of Hill Country highway, Devil's Backbone is a Belgian-style tripel. Though it is light in color, it has a robust ABV which is only possible because of the traditional Belgian technique which adds strength without increasing heaviness. That is where the magic is :-)
Enough talk, now it is time for SJ's tasting, Enjoy!
