Bushmills The Original Irish Whiskey

Bushmills The Original is on my Middle Shelf. In today's blog, I intend to cover the following:
-Brief history behind this whisky
-SJ's Rating
-Tasting notes
-Occasions
-SJ's Pro tip

Established in 1608, Bushmills is the oldest licensed distillery in the world according to the website. With over 400 years of whisky making experience, there is no doubt it has honed the triple distilling process churning smooth and mellow liquid gold :-)
Bushmills Original is a blend of their pure single malt whiskey and a lighter grain whiskey.  It is light and a versatile whiskey.
