Tierra Noble Anejo is aged for 2-3 years which gives its mellow smooth flavor. Well, time to see if this claim is true. Enjoy my tasting notes. 😁

SJ's Rating- TOP Shelf
This is top-tier stuff, traditionally made Anejo Tequila. Damn good. All I can say, try it!
Occasions- After thanksgiving dinner
Food Pairing- Grilled cornish hen(with milestone soup & Brussels sprouts). The aromatic and flavorful tequila went pretty smooth with the spicy hen and soup.

SJ's Pro tip- Great for sipping, don't use it for a margarita(use a cheaper Blanco tequila instead)

I had an amazing time discovering this traditionally made tequila and enjoyed every sip of it. I encourage you to give it a shot. Cheers! Enjoy Responsibly.
